Fee to submit is US$75 and is non-refundable and not dependant on approval of your submission or attendance at the conference. DO NOT DELETE A SUBMITTED ABSTRACT IF YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES (you will be charged an additional non-refundable fee to re-submit). To request an opportunity to revise your submission within an hour of submission please use the discussions tab to reach out and request the opportunity to revise. If your request is accepted you will receive a revise and resubmit request via Scholastica.

The abstract submission does not register you for the meeting. Separate registration fees apply. All presenters must register for the meeting in order to attend the conference (the event will take place November 13 to 15, 2025, at the Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto). Conference registration will be posted on the website at www.cscira.ca.
